Our web site has additional forms as well. We advise you to seek legal assistance for the proper use of these forms.
You have the right to choose which Title Company you use for title insurance and to close your transaction. We invite you to compare our low closing fees with our competition. Ask what charges you can expect to pay in advance of the closing. Choose wisely. Many companies have hidden costs and fees. We think you will choose Centennial Title.
If you choose to use a real estate professional to market your home, tell them you want to use Centennial Title. Remember, you have the right to choose your title company. Often they will direct you to a title company in which they have a financial interest. This may not be in your best interest. Watch the small print in the listing and purchase agreements. Ask questions. Ask what fees you will be expected to pay in advance and get it in writing. You do not have to use “their” title company, no matter what they may tell you. Be informed. Be alert. It’s your money.
